It is 5 minutes walk from the historic center, 10 from the city center and 15 from the train and bus station. Next to the Eurostars Palace Hotel. Kitchen and furniture brand new! The neighborhood has a lot of life and you can find bars with terraces, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy ... all in one step.
