The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room was super clean. Being on the 14th roof you could hear all the commotion on the street, however my biggest gripe with this place is the glass shower rail the glass door slides on is not level so the door constantly slides open unless you keep your foot on the track and keep it from sliding open. RM 1404.

This hotel was clean, our room was comfortable and the people at the front desk were friendly. My family would have fully enjoyed this stay if it weren’t for the extremely loud night clubs right outside our window. Everything else about this stay was seamless and we were looking forward to staying here again on another trip until about 9pm. Unfortunately, we were not told about the night life that would disrupt our sleep until 2am. After the nightclubs closed, we slept quite comfortably. But I do not think I will stay here again. It was so loud that we could feel the bass from our beds.

The room was okay but had to have the maintenance come up twice. Once because the lights in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on and once because the tv wouldn’t play correctly. Also the hair dryer was very loud and did not work correctly but luckily someone in my party had brought their own and let me use it.
