Soak up the sun on the large oceanfront deck, relax in the covered porch, play a game of pool in the rec room or soak in the bubbling hot tub. Excellent ocean views from the upper level and decks and the beach is just 70 feet away. It's a short walk around the corner to the Crown Point community pool and tennis courts. Groceries, movies and shops as well as the Currituck Golf Club are located conveniently nearby.

First Level: Two Carports, Hot Tub, Rec Room w/Pool Table, TV, DVD Player, Full-Size Refrigerator, Card Table and Half Bath.

Good location but house a bit tired
We enjoyed our stay but the house needs some work. Sliding doors wouldn’t open in some of the rooms, walls were dirty and needed some paint, light bulbs burnt out in the bathrooms (but were quickly replaced when we called), the pool table is in terrible condition, and a few other areas they need work. It is on the beach and we were happy to spend time together as a family but I wouldn’t rent this house again. The management company was great and I would rent from them again. Just not this house.

Black mold and bed bugs
The location and the layout of the property are great. But that’s pretty much it. Bugs in the shower, leaky toilets, black mold, air filters that had never been replaced, spills from previous guests that weren’t wiped up, bedbugs to name a few things. I have been out of the house for two weeks and I’m still coughing, my mom was wheezing the whole time, my daughter got a rash and my dad was covered in bug bites. We left early because we couldn’t take the poor air quality any more. I never write bad reviews but felt compelled on this one.

Great location but needs upgrades
The inside needs upgrades and a good cleaning! The outside decking area and windows Ned to be cleaned and doors and screens replaced. Good location but not worth the money in my opinion.

Family Memories
Terrific home in a great location. It was well-suited to our 17 family members and the beach was terrific. We hope that they will start providing 1 roll of TP per bathroom to begin your stay. Otherwise we recommend this property for "Fun in the Sun"!
