This pool side studio located on the 2nd floor has a private balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped pool area where you can watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. With 550 square feet this studio has a king sized bed and queen sofa sleeper and accommodates up to 4 people. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath. The living area includes a 55" TV for lounging inside this coastal retreat. With the beach just steps outside the front door, you can enjoy the beach or the pool.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. My husband and I loved our stay here at Casa Condominiums! We were welcomed so nicely, leaving us a gift when we arrived, and the check in process was a breeze! We arrived pretty late after our wedding, but we had no issues getting into our room. With all the amenities and it being a short walk to the beach.. it was everything we could’ve asked for! Definitely recommend to anyone who is considering staying here for any reason! Thank you, Casa Condominiums!

Perfect!
We spent three nights in this condo and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, renovated, thoughtful welcome basket and note, wonderful location, well stocked. I especially liked the minimal walk from condo to beach and condo to car/parking lot. Very close to restaurants, shops, and anything else you may need yet quiet and relaxing.
