First, grab a cup of coffee and step out onto one of your balconies to catch the sea breeze – the one on the third floor features a Gulf view. Next, it’s five o’clock somewhere at your on-site tropical bar tucked into the garage-conversion game room, which features an air hockey table, darts, and Ping-Pong. If breakfast is in order, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space to prepare your favorite recipes. Between the dining table, barstools, and patio table on the deck, there’s seating for everyone at mealtime.

Now it’s time to slip into your swimsuit and head to the complex’s shared pool, hot tub, or beach. Nearby, you can book a bay or Gulf charter to fish or see dolphins, go golfing, fish from the Port Aransas Jetty, rent a golf cart to get around or choose from dozens of nearby restaurants and bars for a bite to eat.

When you return, tune in to one of the home’s eight TVs, all equipped with streaming capabilities you can use with your own accounts. More perks of this home include a washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi and cable, and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
