Welcome to Aqua Dreams- PRIVATE POOL! Tucked away in the La Concha neighborhood, this lovely new home is located just blocks from the Port Aransas beach. After a long day at the beach, lounge inside this spacious home or under one of the TWO gazebos by the pool, all while grilling your local catch on the two grills that are provided! GAME ROOM in the garage! Aqua Dreams is full of entertainment. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the deck with a cup of coffee or a cold drink in your hand. Aqua Dreams is a slice of paradise and is waiting to host a family get-together or a friend's getaway!

**$100 a day to heat the pool. - requires a 24-hour request notice **We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday (depending on the weather), and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. (There is currently a home being built next door.)

Beach gear credit is included! Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
