CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Main issue we had was a broken toilet that took over a day to fix. A plumber needed to be brought in at some point to repair. Had to use outside public bathrooms for a day or so.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk down to the beach. Everything was very clean inside. Not much space in the bedroom so we also had to use the pull out couch in the living room which wasn’t very comfortable :(. All in all satisfied tho!

Family Girl Time
Granddaughter had a campus visit at TAMUCC. We enjoyed our time together snd our many memories in the 90’s at El Constante. Clean accommodations. Check in great - communication great. Only complaint is the sleeper sofa frame was bent as bd the mattress was not comfortable. Made us, who slept in the really comfy bed, feel very guilty. Maybe a sofa sleeper upgrade is a quick fix.

We absolutely loved the location and the property. We could see the coast and were still protected from the direct wind. Hot tub and pool were good. Our only issue was beyond the owner's control - a very active child in the condo above ran over our heads starting promptly at 7 am daily and I am a light sleeper trying to have a vacation.

Best beach getaway location that has it all.
This locations proximity to the beach is the perfect low stress getaway with the waves right at your feet. Everything else you need a 1min drive away. YOU NEVER NEED TO PUT ON YOUR SHOES! You can prepare for the beach in the morning with Island Mart and Stripes near by for beer and snacks, choose from a number of restaurants near by for lunch or dinner, and and has plenty of fishing options for a relaxing sunset. I love this place.
