Downstairs you can access the guest room equipped with bathroom with large walk-in shower, living room and kitchen. The downstairs kitchen opens into an outside bar with seating! Enjoy easy access to Little Bay and Aransas Bay. This property includes a boat+jet ski lift, alongside a private fishing/boat dock.

Free parking is available in the driveway of the house, it can fit about 6 cars. No cars will be able to park in the garage. Free street parking is also available.

- Please note that jet ski in photo not included with your booking.
- Please note that no boat is included with your booking.
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and is best suited for family gatherings.
- If requested, the pool will be heated to mid-80s and will be an addl $50/day.
- Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

Awesome house
Had my wifes birthday weekend here. Everyone had a great time, caught a few fish, very chill spot, bait is close by. Im saving this spot for future stays for sure.

It was first experience renting air B&B. Because of total price we hoped we did the right thing, and it would be what was advertised. We were all so surprised and pleased that it was better than we hoped. Pool, kids fished from dock, rooms and total house beautiful, clean, lots of amenities, plenty of room, inside and out was incredible. Kayaks, fish rods and lots of stuff provided. pool alarmed because kids got Frisby stuck in skimmer (our fault) Maintenace man came Will, he was so nice and showed us some extra stuff too. Thank you Will. It was a specular place, and we all want to save up and do it again. Absolutely, AWESOME!!! Thank you so much. we will do it again and use Vrbo Great experience. 10 stars**** Marcia and Larry Caston and 16 other family members.

Great place for our family reunion! The pool was perfect for the six children in our combined families ages 4-11 and the upstairs area was a great space in which to gather.

Amazing host and an amazing property
The host was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive to all our needs and more. The house is incredible with plenty of space for a large family. The pool is also beautiful and on a great canal. I highly recommend this place.
