No elevators working! Due to disability I could not walk up to third floor. Asked for room on first floor as we could not access third floor room. We were changed to a first floor room and uncharged for the room.

Upon check-in, we found out that we were given a different room than we booked, the elevator was not working and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs. In the morning we found out that there was no pancake mix, no cinnamon rolls and burnt bacon. Not happy!

Hotel is under renovation, so hopefully when done it will be better. A/c was horribly noisy hard to sleep. Poor sound insulation between rooms and hallways. Lights in the room poorly placed and one had this weird night light feature that couldn't be turned off. Disgusting gray faux wood design floor. Sofa bed was dirty. Ice machines not working. No towels in the pool area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was spectacularly clean. Hallway carpets disgusting but looked like maybe those were next on the renovation. Breakfast was wonderful.
