Our experience staying here at the Bed and Breakfast Inn was lovely! Host Dot is a very sweet lady who made us feel welcome! The breakfast was delicious! The bedroom was comfortable and everything was squeaky clean. Thank you Dot!

A great short stay.
We had a lovely short stay, Dorothy was very welcoming and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent both days. We would recommend to anybody wanting to stay near Bath.

Amazing place to stay
Dot was a superb host We had an amazing time at Spinnycross we were made very welcome, Breakfast was amazing,The room and ensuite were very spacious and the cleanliness was superb, the view from the bedroom was outstanding We would recommend this hotel as we will definitely be returning ourselves We would like to thank Dot for making our stay so special Thanks Nick & Jenny x

UNREAL STAY This was the first time me and my girlfriend ever booked a stay in someone's property and it was one of the best stays we have ever had. Dot was the loveliest host. Made us both feel so welcome and at ease. Breakfast was amazing the room was amazing very spacious massive bed our own kitchen plus the views in the garden are 5* You can really tell Dot takes pride and actually enjoys making sure her guests have a wonderful stay. Most definitely made our stay in bath that much more special and if we ever do return we will not hesitate to book Spinneycross again.

On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of wine . Views from our spacious room were lovely . We were well looked after and nothing was to much trouble . Breakfasts superb even had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on one morning.We both felt spoilt and were made to feel important throughout our stay. Dot our host gave us plenty of information of what to see / eating places/ public transport. Very Covid secure . Easy parking and wallking distance to nearest pub.

Short Bath retreat
Spinneycross B&B is located in an idyllic area a few miles outside of Bath. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Our host was warm, friendly and attentive. She gave us tips on where to visit and what to do in the area which were really helpful. Will have no reservation on re-booking again in the future.

Very nice setting in the outlying area around Bath. Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful view of Bath in the distance. Dot is the consummate hostess, catering to your every need. Wonderful salmon and scrambled eggs breakfast. Very nice property.

Kingsize=2 singles together :( Otherwise lovely :)
Room surpassed expectation, with doors out to stunning garden garden, lovely sunset, nice bathtub with bubble bath, use of kitchenette, and lovely cooked to order breakfast. Only problem was the bed isn't really a king, it's two singles pushed together so you can feel the ridge in the middle where the mattresses meet. If advertised as a king size, then it shouldn't be like this. It meant I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well :( Recommend that owners buy a king size mattress topper to smooth over the ridge, like they do in hotels. Otherwise, lovely.
