EXCELLENT STAY. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Delicious warm breakfast -- yes they have eggs and sausage patties along with the usual of toast, cereal, and waffles. OVERALL EXCELLENT STAY.

It was a perfect location to spend a night after visiting the snow covered Mesa Verde national Park. Well located in the town of Cortez and walkable to some dining options, Safeway and Walgreens. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Though it was Thanksgiving morning they were attentive to our needs and gave us pointers about the area. Facilities are a bit dated but functional, plenty of amenities, very quiet despite being on the main highway. Wifi connection was good all night. Breakfast was continental plus eggs, nicer than just pastries. The only negative to mention is a few hairs from the previous occupants left stuck to the bathtub.

A Decent Cheap Place to Sleep
Being a family trip, we had three rooms. They were clean, but each had funky little things such as a lamp with no bulb, a remote missing a battery, filters needing to be changed in the AC unit and others. There was construction going on, so the place looked a little shabby overall, with occasional banging and bumps. Otherwise, the staff were professional and accommodating. And the hot breakfast was okay.
