Our apartment is located in the town centre, less than 100 m away from the Corso Italia bell tower, on Largo delle Poste road, on the fourth floor of a prestigious building. From its windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Croda da Lago, with Becco di Mezzodì to the South, Sorapis to the East, and Tofane on the West side. It is 2 min away from shops and exclusive sites, and 200 m away from the Faloria Cristallo Ski area.

The flat can accommodate up to 6 people.
The living room has a dining area, a cabinet, smart TV HD 50", adsl Wi-Fi, armchair, and sofa.
Cooking range, fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a stove with an electric oven, a microwave, an extractor hood, kitchen base and wall units, a folding table top (table for breakfast)
Bedrooms (3): balcony access, a twin bedroom, a further twin bedroom, and a private bathroom (with shower). All bedrooms have wardrobes.
There are two well-equipped bathrooms, with accessories, bathtub, or shower.
The balcony can be accessed from the living room and the double bedroom.

Nice but Dated
This unit is in a super location. It was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the street and tower. Be sure you download the user guide and follow it. For example, before you start the dishwasher you have to turn off the hot water heater in the bathroom and you have to bring your garbage to the basement - things like that. Great place overall - just a little dated.

The apartment is extremely well located in the Center of town. . It was rustic but very functional. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, nice big table and living room. Bedrooms were a bit tight. Kitchen fan didn’t work. Lots of hooks and hangars were much appreciated.

Comfortable apartment in middle of Cortina
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this apartment is most comfortable and well-located in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Great kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, plus espresso maker and coffee hot pot. Would be a great place for skiers or hikers in the Cortina area. Only shortcoming is parking which is not immediately available but can be found for a fee nearby.

Fantastico appartamento
Appartamento stupendo, ottimo per 6 persone (c è una camera matrimoniale e due camere con due lettini) ma noi eravamo solo in due e ce lo siamo goduto. Luminosissimo, c è davvero tutto, dalle stoviglie, al ferro da stiro con la sua asse, prodotti per la pulizia, tovaglia, asciughi, asciugamani, lenzuola e coperte. Nel salone soggiorno c è una mega TV a 50 pollici, un comodissimo divano e una rivolta da 6 posti. La cucina è fornita di tutto, compreso tostapane, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie. I bagni sono due, uno con vasca e uno con doccia, per tutti j gusti. In uno c'è la lavatrice. Il wifi funziona benissimo Il, ci sono prese di corrente ovunque, per qualsiasi necessità. Il balcone ha una stupenda vista sul centro di Cortina e sulle splendide montagne. Si vedono sia il Cristallo che le Tofane. La posizione è favolosa, si scende, si fa una stradina di 50 metri e siamo nel corso di Cortina. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Appartamento che ha il pregio di essere centralissimo e per questo motivo si può perdonare il fatto di essere un po’ datato sia nella struttura, sia negli arredi. Letti e doccia consigliati a persone di media statura e magre. Persone alte e eccessivamente “robuste” o “rotonde” possono avere problemi di vivibilità ed adattamento. Nel complesso è da consigliare anche se appare un po’ caro rispetto alla qualità complessiva offerta.

Convenient, but expensive
We were a bit surprised when we saw the apartment building: it's central, and looks out onto pretty hotels and the church, but the apartment building itself is worn out and depressing. The whole of Cortina seems to be a mixture of beautifully renovated buildings/houses/restaurants, and others which are practically falling apart. The apartment is central, which is very convenient, but also noisy. The bars opposite play very loud music late into the night, meaning we had to close the windows to get any peace (in summer temperatures). The apartment itself is very well set up. We've never had such a well equipped kitchen. If you don't want to eat out every night, you can really cook like at home. The only criticism we had of the department's furnishings were the mattresses on the four single beds. Two are old and saggy, two are new but as hard as the floor. The mattresses in the main bedroom are perfect. Warning to others: the apartment does have a balcony, but too small to use for eatings meals etc. So you're inside the whole time. Communication with the landlord was excellent, as were the arrangements for arrival and organisation of little details like rubbish and recycling. Overall, once we'd accustomed ourselves to the dismal building, we were happy with this choice. It still seems very, very expensive for what it was though.
