The world-famous railway can be joined in the local town of Corwen, where you can enjoy a steam train ride into Llangollen, home of the annual International Musical Eisteddford, and scenic canals. Betws-y-Coed, the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, and the vibrant city of Chester are both within easy reach.
