Great hotel but bad service at pool area.
"Great hotel. Bad service at pool area. We canceled.our order after 1h waiting... not their fault the waiters said... the kitchen's fault... as if I care who is to blame we just wanted to eat."

"Reasonable stay. Very visible decline in overall care and anticipation of customer needs. Restaurant was very poor in terms of service - we went out as we stood and stood and stood - with no attention until we awakes in ourselves. Breakfast service was brilliant though!"
