The high-quality furnished cottage has a secluded location with a stunning panorama view in the hilly landscape of the March. If you are looking for tranquillity and you want to relax in between vineyards and olive groves, you will be able to experience a relaxing holiday here. There is a garden with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees available. For refreshment, there is a solar shower and a 2m round diving pool. From the two partially covered terraces you can enjoy the romantic sunsets. It is about 15 km to the sea. In Grottamare you will find well-kept open beaches with showers. Open air opera events (9 km away) will pamper people interested in culture. Sport lovers can swim, sail, bicycle, hike in the national park of the Sibillin Mountains, go mountain climbing and drive with the fishers out to the sea. The historical old city can be reached in a two minute drive. There you will find restaurants, bars, a doctor and a pharmacy.

Traumhaft!
Wir haben die Zeit im Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgesprochen netter, sympathischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir können alle sehr guten Bewertungen bestätigen.

Entspannung bei herrlicher Aussicht
Durch Zufall fanden wir dieses wunderschöne Haus. Für uns war es ein Glücksgriff. Ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der kleine, gepflegte Ort Cossignano mit wichtigen Dingen des Alltags ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Landschaft erinnert uns ein wenig an die Toscana, jedoch mit den 2500 m Gipfeln der sybillinischen Berge im Hintergrund und dem Meer in nur 20 Minuten Entfernung. Für uns eine tolle Mischung. Viele schöne Touren in die hübschen, umliegenden Altstädte wurden gemacht und mit ein paar Stunden am Meer abgerundet. An der Küste findet man vom freien Strand ( auch diese waren gepflegt ) bis zum quirligen Badeort für jeden Geschmack etwas. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig und komfortabel. So ein Bad und so eine gut ausgestattete Küche hatten wir in einem Ferienhaus noch nie. Wir mussten schmunzeln, weil wir in der Küche sogar Geräte vorfanden, die wir nicht einmal zu Hause haben. Z.B. einen Dampfgarer. Es wurde also öfter gekocht als gedacht und bei herrlicher Aussicht genossen. Das Haus hat 5 Terrassen! Da fiel die Entscheidung manchmal schwer ; ). Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Aufenthalt rundum genoßen und kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße an die sympathischen Besitzer.

Komfort, Aussicht, Ruhe - 100 Punkte!
Wir haben die Zeit in der Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Tage - Morgens schon der Sonnenaufgang vom Kopfkissen aus, tagsüber im Garten und Tauchbecken oder ans Meer und Abends in die Dörfer rundherum zum Aperitif und Essen. Der Mail-Kontakt mit den Vermietern war nett.

Wohlfühl-Urlaub in den Marken
Wir (Paar Ü50) verbrachten Anfang August 2018 im top gepflegten, pieksauberen, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und vollständig ausgestatteten "Casa Bra-Mare" neun wunderbare Urlaubstage. Was uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird: Die himmlische Ruhe (eine anwesende junge Urlauberfamilie in der angrenzenden Haushälfte hatten wir praktisch kaum zu sehen, geschweige denn zu hören bekommen) und die herrliche Aussicht auf die von Dörfern und Städtchen bekrönten umliegenden Hügel. Unser Lieblingsplatz für's Frühstück: Die Terrasse am Schlafzimmer. Und wenn man tagsüber mal (trotz der vielen lockenden Ausflugsziele) nicht unterwegs sein sollte, wird das Mittagessen im Schatten unter dem Baldachin des Gartenpavillons ebenfalls mit wunderbarer Aussicht und einer angenehmen leichten Brise verfeinert. Den vorhandenen Mini-Pool (zum Selbstbefüllen nach Bedarf, ist über Nacht erledigt) haben wir letztlich kaum genutzt, da das Meer nur 15 km entfernt ist (Tipp: den kostenlosen Parkplatz am Bahnhof Grottamare nutzen, dann noch 5 - 10 min Fußweg bis zum Strand). Die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir trotz Tagestemperaturen von über 30 Grad überhaupt nicht vermisst. Wenn man tagsüber die Fensterläden auf der Sonnenseite jeweils geschlossen hält, heizt sich das Haus erst gar nicht sonderlich auf. Und über Nacht konnten wir stets alle Fenster im oberen Stockwerk dank intakter Insektenschutzgitter bedenkenlos geöffnet lassen, so dass ein sehr angenehmes Schlafklima herrschte. Wenn wir gezwungen wären, auch mal ein kritisches Wort zu verlieren, dann hätten wir uns vielleicht über die nicht mehr so ganz schnittfreudigen Kochmesser geäußert - das ist aber "Jammern auf hohem Niveau"... Kurzum: Wir können Casa Bra-Mare allen empfehlen, die Wert auf eine qualitativ hochwertige Unterkunft abseits vom Touri-Rummel suchen. Wenn es irgendwann zu ruhig werden sollte, bieten nähere und weitere Umgebung lohnende Ausflugsziele, die im Haus ausliegende Infomappe gibt ausreichend Anregungen.
