Lovely rooms with good facilities & a lovely hotel. Check in seemed unnecessarily slow & complex. Limited choice on restaurant menu. Unwelcoming ,unfriendly ,unhelpful waiting staff in restaurant. I told them 3 times i had booked a table,but they wanted me to move from the table i was shown to. Will never eat in the restaurant again.

Very clean, excellent accommodation, big room, huge bathroom, nice lobby, very quiet, all at very good price. Staff very friendly and helpful, they book a taxi for us to get to the airport in time - it is close to the airport, so taxi is not expensive.

My review would be much higher as the staff were unbelievably great, however of all the rooms they have in this hotel I got put below a room they must be renovating because at 8am sharp both mornings it sounded like someone was going to come through the roof of my room. Had this been a vacation and not a work trip, I would be livid!! Also, the rooftop pool left a ton to be desired. Was unkept and nothing like the picture shown.

The lobby and room were very nice. The air conditioning worked well, which we were grateful for. It is pretty far out from the center of the city, but there is a bus stop fairly close (the bus requires coins). Reception was helpful and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Was just one night as a stop over on way to Alicante great hotel great service very clean and good facilities my only complain was that there were no duvets and that is needed ironically was cold night and needed more than a sheet
