Perfect peace
A lovely property in a quiet rural location. If you want to get away from it all and relax and drink wine,this is the place for you. The owner Jean Paul Duval who also owns the surrounding vineyard is one of lifes true gentlemen. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time in this Gite.

Prachtig gelegen goed ingericht huis in de heuvels tussen de wijngaarden
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die af en toe langs komt om te informeren of alles naar wens gaat. Door de dikke muren en de luiken lukte het goed om de zomerhitte buiten te houden. Vanuit het huisje kun je prachtig wandelen en fietsen in de Loirestreek

Wonderful, peaceful stay
Property is a converted farm building in a lovely location . It is situated among vines in the owners vineyard. The gite is very modern inside . Due to the thickness of the walls, it is also comfortably cool inside, we visited in July and was around 30 degrees outside! . It is very well equipped, with everything you will need, including large fridge freezer, full oven, washing machine, all cooking utensils. You will require to take your own bed linen and towels. Also provided is outdoor table and chairs and deck chairs. It is a very quiet, peaceful locatiion, however the village is only about 5 mins walk away, there is a shop/bar which has essentials. A huge hypermarket is available in Bourgueil about 10 mins drive. There is also a large market here on a Tuesday. Jean Paul is very pleasant and helpful , he met us to show us around on arrival and then had no hesitation in coming to help if required( in our case with the internet!) Unfortunately we do not speak a lot of French and he similarly no English. But we managed to make ourselves understood ! Had an amazing week here, lots to visit nearby, daily markets in different places, many Châteaux, wine tasting and lovely towns and villages to explore. This gite is an ideal base, and a lovely place to return to each evening to watch the sunset.

Rien à redire ! Le gîte est accueillant, douillet, très bien conçu et appareillé... L'environnement vignes et forêts permet de belles balades, même en hiver. Le propriétaire est un "super bonhomme", par sa gentillesse, son enthousiasme, son accueil !!

Agréable séjour dans le vignoble
Très agréable séjour, au calme, à flanc de coteau du vignoble de Bourgueil. Accueil sympathique et de qualité. Le gîte correspond en tous points à la description. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. De nombreuses balades et visites à faire dans les environs.

Super!
Le gîte est parfait! Situé entre les vignobles avec une vue sur la vallée et la château d'Ussé, ce location est parfait pour des vacances calmes. Il y a beaucoup des villages, châteaux et sites naturelles dans l'endroit a decouvrir. Jean Paul est un hôte sympathique et le gîte est entièrement équipée. Nous espérons revenir!

Très bonne impression générale, propriétaire très accueillant, environnement magnifique et gite très confortable, tout était parfait avec un petit bémol pour les personnes sensibles au silence, le bruit, en fonction du vent, de l'autoroute qui passe très près d'Ingrandes de Touraine.

pour qui aime le calme et la nature
Excellent séjour dans ce gîte parfaitement équipé. Vivre qqs jours au milieu des vignes a été un grand bonheur. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mr DUVAL ont été un vrai plus. Si vous aimez comme nous les bons vins de Loire et la découverte des châteaux vous serez comblés

Frankreich von seiner ruhigen Seite
Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Sauberkeit und der Lage des Ferienhäuschens. In der Online-beschreibung und den dazugehörenden Bildern war nichts geschönt oder verschwiegen worden. Großes Lob dafür! Das angebotene Ferienhäuschen befindet sich in einem ländlichen Weinanbaugebiet und bietet inmitten der Weinstöcke eine wunderbare ruhige Lage und einen willkommenen Kontrast zum Leben in der Großstadt. Desweiteren waren wir sehr erfreut über die vollständige Ausstattung des Häuschens. Alles da was man braucht. Verpflegung sollte man sich am besten von unterwegs mitbringen, da der "Tante Emma-laden" dann doch nicht solch ein komplettes Angebot bereit hält. Alles in Allem: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Vielen lieben Dank an den freundlichen Vermieter! Wir werden wohl nochmal wiederkommen.

Che meraviglia!
Una casa molto tranquilla e confortevole immersa nei vigneti, ma a 5 minuti da una rivendita di pane e 10 minuti dal supermercato. Un ambiente molto fresco anche se fuori di giorno abbiamo raggiunto i 37°C la casa era fresca, e nemmeno una zanzara! Tutto pulito, tutto in ordine, tutto funzionante. Il signor Duval è una persona splendida e, anche se conosciamo tre parole di francese, è stato capace di farsi capire e noi di farci capire da lui. Siamo veramente molto soddisfatti e se saremo nuovamente da quelle parti ci fermeremo sicuramente ancora qui. Merci e a bientot monsieur Duval!

au calme dans les vignes
Le gîte se situe en plein cœur des vignes du propriétaire, dont l'accueil a été très convivial et qui s'est montré non seulement à notre écoute, mais également passionné et passionnant lors de chacune de nos rencontres (notamment pour sa connaissance de la région et durant la dégustation de ses vins). Le gîte a beaucoup de charme, il est idéal pour 2 personnes et possède tout l'équipement nécessaire (cuisine bien équipée, salle d'eau spacieuse,matériel de terrasse,...). Nous avons juste suggéré au propriétaire d'ajouter 2 fauteuils dans le séjour pour que tout soit parfait. L'environnement est très calme, parmi les ceps mais pas très éloigné du bourg où on peut se rendre facilement à pied pour quelques emplettes. La région est bien entendu riche en découvertes et il est difficile d'en découvrir toutes ses richesses en quelques jours. Nous reviendrons donc certainement dans ce gîte le plus vite possible.
