U Liamu is a large, very pleasant and well-equipped house near the sea at a place called PORTIGLIOLO in the municipality of COTI-CHIAVARI; in the middle of a calm cove far from the tourist area; 6 Bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 2 outdoor hot showers; superb view of the Gulf of Ajaccio; Ideal for meeting with family or friends while retaining a certain independence.
The beach is located at 1100 m (sailing club)
The swimming pool is located in the center of an enclosed garden of 1800 m2 with trees and pleasant, you can swim in complete privacy.
The house not overlooked is always rented exclusively (no other tenants).
You can easily contact the owners who are close by.
Each room overlooks the exterior and allows everyone to maintain their independence. There are many terraces.

Très beau gîte familial
Cette villa sur plusieurs niveaux offrant six chambres confortables, à 45 minutes d'Ajaccio est un hâvre de paix, entourée d'un jardin avec piscine sécurisée et chauffée. Les nombreuses terrasses avec vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio permettent de jouir pleinement du paysage. Un plus pour la terrasse équipée de sa cuisine d'été. Parfaitement adaptée à la vie de famille avec enfants, disposant d'un très bon niveau d'équipements intérieur et extérieur, garantissant un séjour réussi.
Le propriétaire est chaleureux et disponible.
Je recommande pleinement cette belle adresse.

Très bel endroit superbe maison
Adorables propriétaires. Belle maison avec une merveilleuse vue sur le golfe, à 20 mn à pied de la plage!
Maison bien équipée, parfaite pour les familles. Localisation idéale tant pout les amoureux de la mer que pour ceux de la rando.

Maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants et pour les grands
Les enfants n'oublieront jamais les cochons sauvages qui passent à côté de la maison. Nous sommes dans le maquis corse, un vrai dépaysement et quelle vue.
Du 24 au 31 octobre, nous prenions tous le petit déjeuner sur le terrasse couverte.

Superbe vue et très au calme. Très bon accueil.
Les 3 semaines passées à Portigliolo dans cette maison ont été un vrai plaisir. Une très belle vue sur la mer. Maison située très au calme dans un cadre de verdure très appréciable. Plusieurs espaces séparés en étage préservant l'intimité. Une salle à manger en extérieur parfaitement abrité du soleil a été particulièrement appréciée ! Beau salon extérieur pour profiter de la vue ou admirer les étoiles. Très agréable piscine , eau à 30 degrés mi juillet..., entourée d'un beau jardin. Maison fonctionnelle. On se sent tout de suite bien et à l'aise, grâce , notamment, au très bon accueil des propriétaires, toujours disponibles si besoin.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison très agréable, il manque la climatisation, et il faudrait traiter les problèmes d'odeurs d'humidité au rdc dans les chambres, sinon maison très fonctionnelle pour une grande famille, la vue est magnifique et très calme.

De biens belles vacances à Portigliolo
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable,dans une magnifique villa,au calme,avec une piscine
bien agréable.Nous étions 10 et chacun avait son petit chez soi.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous les remercions une fois de plus pour le petit cadeau d'arrivée et toute l'attention qu'ils nous ont témoignée.
Revenir à portigliolo,pourquoi pas!! une prochaine fois.
