When I checked in the room was not ready. There was trash everywhere and the bed was not made. It smelled weird in there too. The a/c from the room above mine was leaking down into my room which I believe was what was causing the smell. The staff were quick to accommodate anything that was wrong tho.

Room was not cleaned during our stay! Dining/desk was manned by one person - cannot be in two places at once. A relative left clothes hanging in closet and not noticed by cleaning staff. We had to contact new guests in the room the next day to retrieve them ourselves!!! For the service (or lack of) the price was way too high! Definitely will NOT stay again.

Hotel is very dated. Fan in the A/C unit was quite noisy. We were given a handicapped accessible room and the shower was awkward for someone over 6’. Eggs for breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday were lukewarm at best. Room didn’t deaden noise from the hallway nor neighboring room very well.

OK, I guess, for a one night visit.
The room was very small, but comfortable. The hotel was terribly loud. Since I booked third party, they put me right next to the elevator, in the worst room. The people in the next room made all kinds of noise, and had a dog that alternated between whimpering and barking. I called the front deck, but they told me they were full and could not move me. I cannot testify to the truthfulness of that statement. The room was very clean. It would be nice to move beyond the 1980s and have a fridge and microwave in the room. I only stayed one night so I guess it was good enough. Not a place though I would want to stay longer than that.
