The property is older and needs updating but our stay was fine for why we were in the Omaha area. It was very warm in our room when we arrived. Took some time but realized the window was open on a 95 degree day. Staff was very friendly. Beds were fine; stayed at other Red Roofs with more comfortable beds. This would be fine for a weekend or stopover hotel.

Check in was easy, the place was clean, and my room was clean enough. A couple of lightbulbs needed to be replaced and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. I feel like they could benefit with replacing some of their sheets as mine has some small stains on it. Overall, it was a good stay.

The staff was not great when we were checking in. Tv did not work and neither did blow dryer. We called front desk for help with tv. Pool was closed for some reason at 7pm. Breakfast was not great…biscuits and gravy waffles or cereal.

We were close to side entrance and all people coming and going we heard it all. Stayed two nights. Sink slow drain we told front desk no one came to look at it. Will not stay there again.

Don't stay with RED ROOF if you are expecting help
The hotel was very old and in need of renovation. Also, after the stay I called to receive a copy of my folio and the property changed systems and was unable to assist with this request and suggested I call corporate (800-RED-ROOF). After being on hold multiple times (30 min+) and speaking to multiple agents, none were able to provide me a receipt from my stay.

Nice place to stay while visiting family!
Everything was very clean. It’s a pet-friendly hotel, and it does NOT smell like it all all! We were in a pet-friendly room & you’d never know. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a free hotel meal! My picky kiddos loved the options. The pool was nice and warm, almost like bath water.

Close to what I needed and not that far from downtown Omaha. The guy hosting the breakfast room was fastidious in his cleaning. Evening front desk person was very courteous.
