We had no remote for tv and the walls and back board of the bed were filthy. Black spots and figure prints every where.. The towels were 3rd rate.

Pictures are deceiving
Pictures are very deceiving. Lower class hotel. The whole hallway of the hotel smells like marijuana. The doors are not secure and they allow very small kids running around at 2:00 a.m.. you get what you pay for. Hot tub does not work also.

The elevator and hallway had a strong funky smell, as did the first room they tried to assign (very smokey, despite it being advertised as a smoke free place). The room lock codes were changed the second night, forcing us to return from the second floor room back down to the front desk to get our keys re done.

The property was filthy, carpets, walls, and even the ceiling had a huge brown stain on it. I asked for my sheets to be changed daily. Front desk informed me that I could come down and get the sheets for myself. I ended up going to the Walmart nearby and buying sheets, making my bed, and taking my sheets with me when I left. The closet doors were removed it appeared by the hinges. The foot of the bed had a stained dressing that looked to be stained with human fluids. There were photos taken to document all of these issues. NEVER stay here.

I didn't like that our room wasn't ready at 5:30pm when check in was 3pm there was broken glass on the floor and waited another 45 minutes for another room it still wasn't ready so we went to a different hotel.

Went for the pool, said it was getting maintainece and would be open at 7am was not, smell of marijuana, sketchy people in and out, breakfast was coffee and juice and 3 bagels were out. My daughter was truly disappointed because we go to hotels to swim all the time . Phone don't work for front desk, saw someone going to get there own toilet paper from front desk. Fire alarm went off. Waited for GM over an hour and still wasn't there

My stay was okay. The hotel was a bit off path. Somewhat isolated. Not a good choice of breakfast foods. The towels were very small too. Like a child towel. Pretty decor.

There were so many things that went wrong. I have filed a complaint with one of your reps on 3/22/2024. I will never go to this property again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I don't even know where to start... this location is in a bad part of town, and the lot is a mess. Incredibly hard to park and back out of a space. Going into the hotel, I got into my room and there were stains everywhere. The wall, the shower, the mirror had splatters of something on it, the floor looked so beat up, the outlet hardly worked next to bed, the shower was filthy (the curtain was dirty old and grimey, and the shelves were never cleaned). The shower pull knob barely worked, and hot water did not last more than 10 minutes. The window was wide open when I walked in, and I was surprised to not see any bird droppings in the room. Not pleased at all and would like some sort of refund or reimbursement. Will not come here again. Felt so unsafe and disgusted. Also, I booked this hotel because they had breakfast in the mornings, but all they had for breakfast was slices of square bread in a open pan with a tub of singular packets of butter next to it. Had 2 off brand bowls of cereal, but looked like it was in there for awhile. 0/10.

The hotel definitely needs major updates every wall in our room had some kind of stain, some outlets were missing the covers some lights didnt work the toilet barely worked we had to mess with it to get it to even flush anything there was another hotel being built right next door so construction was kind of annoying BUT it didnt have bugs and it was somewhere to sleep so if your looking for a cheap stay you definitely get what you payed for
