Terrible Customer Service
I actually was not able to make my stay because my car broke down. It was just a one night stay for a concert but when I called to explain my situation, I was met with a very rude attitude and was cut off several times when I tried to talk. I wasnt even asking for my full refund, but the person on the other end of the phone wouldnt even give me an opportunity. I even offered to fax or email them the paperwork showing that my car had been put in the shop. It had three separate leaks and needed a new water pump. I am someone who hardly EVER misses my planned trips. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the way the situation was handled.

Comfortable and Convenient
Check-in was 3:00. We tried to get in early but the room wasn’t ready. We came back at 3:10 and they said it still wasn’t ready. After waiting about 5 minutes, the manager said it was a mixup with the computer and room was ready. The room was clean. The shower had shampoo and conditioner but only the small bar soaps for body wash. There were four pillows on our king-sized bed. They were all soft and small. The location was close to Riverbend, which is why we chose it. It was a 10-15 minute drive. The service counter didn’t give very good food recommendations, but maybe there isn’t a lot around? We ate at Longneck’s which wasn’t that great and couldn’t find any late night pizza. Overall, it was a good stay, but the minor details may be helpful for others.

Had to call the COPS at 3AM to break up a 2 hour SUPER loud patio party going on under our 2nd floor windows and the smell of w**d from the group of 6-10 people was permeating our room... smoke free facility, yeah right. Did not feel at ease due to all the shouting and carrying on, kids were scared wide awake. Front desk did nothing after noise complaints (but they were already aware as the patio is right across from the lobby). Terrible, no sleep, no apologies, would never recommend this hotel due to lack of commitment to policy or decency.
