The home is spread over two levels. Upstairs features a primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and balcony access, plus a queen bedroom with serene views. Downstairs includes a queen bedroom, a room with a single and bunk bed, and fifth bedroom with a bunk bed, suitable for children, along with a family bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The home includes reverse-cycle air conditioning and an open fire for year-round comfort. Please note there is no Wi-Fi, providing the perfect opportunity to unplug and enjoy time with loved ones. Ample driveway parking is available, and as the property is part of a working organic vineyard, pets are not permitted. Please note that there may be machinery, tractors, and spray units on the farm from time to time. All spraying is organic.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
