GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

smoke alarm +
the smoke alarm goes off with normal use of the oven and stove. No key to garage/house door - made unpacking of heavy items more difficult. I made a list and left it with keys.

Great location
The location of this property is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It's situated behind a large pub and has direct access to their inground pool. We were able to leave the car and walk everywhere, the property has private parking and a single garage. There are air conditioners in the living area and all 3 upstairs bedrooms, but the only one that was working was in the living room. It was quite warm during our stay so the bedrooms were quite hot and stuffy. There is also a washing machine available for guest use, but unfortunately it was broken during our stay. The property is well equiped for a family to prepare meals and the kitchen/living/dining area and is a nice big open space. The entry level is only a small landing, you then walk downstairs to access the kitchen/living/dining area, or upstairs to access the bedrooms and main bathroom. This would be a little difficult if you have toddlers or need to bring a pram downstairs. Overall we had a great stay, the property is a great size and in an amazing location. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great location for a beach holiday
Great location with short walk to beach, park and shops. Great kitchen/cooking and cleaning items provided which makes cooking and cleaning easy. Pool access was awesome. Property and furniture is a little dated / noisy and would benefit from air con upstairs in summer (especially because of noise from adjacent properties with windows open and heat upstairs on a hot day). Overall a great holiday location and easy check in / out.

Excellent location, walking is a delight. The house has everything and is extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, all the family agree(although I think the queen bed is actually a double)

This place was nice and clean. It has a great location. Very close to the shops and attractions.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had was close to the shops. The beach was 5 minutes walk and the kids enjoyed the pool. Although there was no wifi it was a great weekend and very relaxing.
