Situated right in the centre of Cowes, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, shops and Cowes beach is a 3 minute drive away.
Access is via stairs, there is no lift.
The apartment includes all amenities to make you feel at home, reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge area and Queen Bedroom which sleeps 2 people.
Lounge room has two sofa beds - king single size - sleeps 2, one bathroom with shower, bathtub, hand-basin and toilet, and washing machine with ironing board and iron.
The well lit kitchen includes all the appliances including a coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, all utensils, crockery and pantry basics, adjoining a small dining room and lounge area with 2 comfy couches, and a small TV, DVD player and CD player and another reverse cycle air conditioner.
This property does not allow pets.
Spacious apartment on the first floor has a balcony and outdoor setting, (flight of stairs to enter) with secure gate, open parking in Bay 2.

Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
