Cozy Tiny House near Athens, GA

A small space, with huge possibilities -- Enjoy the view of a beautiful stocked pond while you relax in this comfy cabin. A king loft sleeps 2 comfortably, and there is a twin bunk on main level. Full kitchen and bath. Fishing available!

Make sure you carve out some time to soak in the wood-fired hot tub!

We are located 25 miles from downtown Athens.

Georgia sales tax has been included in the price.
The space
This is not a party venue.
The tiny house is set up for 2 adults and 2 children. The king bed in the loft is accessible by a ladder from the main level, and there is also a twin bunk bed. Inside the tiny house, you’ll also find a bathroom with shower and composting toilet, a kitchen with stove and oven, and a fold-out dining table.
Outside, there is a fire pit with seating, a picnic table, a wood-fired hot tub, and a charcoal grill.
We have a supply of firewood available on site for a donation.

Other things to note:
Our tiny house has a composting toilet. It works by separating the liquid and solid waste. The solids are covered up by sawdust, and when done correctly, leaves virtually no smell.

A Weber charcoal grill is available to use, as well as grill utensils. We produce our own lump charcoal from Maple trees on our farm. You can purchase charcoal from us for $10 per box, or bring your own.

A wood-fired hot tub is located next to the pond at the tiny house. It takes 2–3 hours for the water to get up to a comfortable soaking temperature. Detailed instructions are provided for filling the tub, starting the fire, etc. If you’ll be arriving late, and would like the tub ready for your arrival, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice so we can arrange our schedule accordingly.
**Hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest.
