The water was shut off for most of the day. The staff was either unknowledgeable about the issue, deceptive or didn’t care about the inconvenience. We stayed till 9pm and then ended up going home. We didn’t even stay overnight BUT we were charged and paid full price. This is the 3rd of doing this and this is the most disappointing stay so far.

Great service and location!
My husband and I flew in from California for a weekend trip to go watch the Steelers vs Ravens and this hotel did not disappoint! It’s a little outdated but the location and continental breakfast was a hit! Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was amazing! It’s about a 30min drive to the stadium but overall the location was perfect! We had a Walmart across the street, which was walking distance, we had a strip mall across the street as well with restaurants and shops. My husbands phone was acting up and we walked right across the street to the AT&T store and got it repaired. Definitely recommend for weekend stays. Hope to be back in the near future.

The hotel smells like curry. No offense please. I just do not like it. We were notified that night that the water would be shut off the next day between 10-2 They shut our water off at 10am. Check out is at 11. I left you a present in the toilet.

Everything was very clean. The room came nicely furnished. The mattress in the sleeper sofa bed could used replaced. My son said it was fine to sleep on though. It was a nice stay for one evening.

Great quality for the price! The hotel felt and looked like a Hilton, but at half the cost (I paid $65 tax in December 2024). This has become my go-to hotel chain for any destination I travel to. Also, the blonde receptionist was absolutely stunning!

Room was fine for a stay during a long drive. Property is under needed renovations. Block of rooms on my floor were blocked off for this. Hope renovations will include USB plugs for easy device charging on night stands, bigger TVs. Halls floors were dirty.
