The property was well kept and the room was large and clean. There was a beautiful fireplace in the room along with a very comfortable padded char with ottoman. Waking up to a gorgeous view odd the Three Sisters was amazing.

Decent hotel in the heart of Downtown Banff. While I liked the hotel, getting there on a busy day when the town is full of tourists can be an exercise in futility. Downtown Banff is cool, but gets a little over-run by all the tourists, and can be a little noisy. If I had to go back I would stay somewhere more on the outskirts of downtown.

Excellent location, within walking distance to grocery store, gas station, Starbucks and hiking trails. Staffs were friendly and helpful during our visit. Our room was cleaned every day. Free breakfast was decent. And they have the best coffee machine in public area for guests, a Nespresso machine with so many options. As a coffee drinker, I love this perk. Lastly, this is the first hotel I ever stayed where laundry detergents and dryer sheets are provided for free. Other hotels, I had to pay for these . One thing we wish could have been better is the kitchenette in our room. We were hoping for a slightly bigger kitchen area and fridge that will be more convenient for our family. Overall, very good hotel. Thank you.

We had a great stay! Our only issue was with payment- they charged a different card originally and refunded it before charging the card that we checked in with. The refund takes 10 business days, so we are out the money until then which is annoying. But besides that, great stay, great location.
