Wonderful stop along our travels from California to Calgary. Staff was polite and very helpful. Room was spotless and quiet even though we were on the road side. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend for a stop to all travelers

When we got our room was very hot but air conditioning was turned off - offered a fan. Area around hotel has quite a bit of questionable people around and didn't feel safe. One of the drawers in the dresser kept sliding open on its own randomly. Breakfast was not bad but was told only omlettes pre- ordered and have to wait for them. For the price I was expecting better. I think we will stay elsewhere next time.

I"ve stayed here many times before and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff is always so nice and helpful. and the breakfast is delicious! This time though I stayed in room 106 and it is need of some repair... some of the wallpaper is ripped, curtains unhemmed, furniture scratched and wobbly. The shower head had buildup and mold in it. So I was bit disappointed. I will stay there again because all my stays there have been great. I think (hope) I just happen to get an older room.

Rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to busy street in front. Recommend asking for a back facing room. Room had no heat. We were provided a space heater and extra blanket. Would not offer any compensation because we had booked thru 3rd party ( Expedia ).

Room wasn’t very clean. We stayed in the suite which was amazing in size and layout but the silicone around the tubs and shower was black and the vents and other areas were CAKED in dust. Would have needed a deep clean to get all the dust off. Wasn’t just dust that you could blow away. It hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The corners of the rooms were dirty. Needed a deep clean. The AC was also not working. It was 78 in the room and I could not get the AC to turn on. The pull out bed was also not great. Worse than any other pullout we have had at other places.

Was in a room facing the street and it was incredibly noisy and a lot of light coming in from the parking lot. Pillows were awful. It is a pet friendly hotel so did hear the occasional barking. The rooms could use a good clean, especially the bathrooms. Overall would not recommend.

Despite doing online check-in to “speed up” checking in, had to wait in line to get the room key anyway. The bed was a double not queen. Room stuffy but air conditioning was “turned off for the season”; was told to open a window but road work was being done outside so had noise, fumes and lights from crew. Hair in bathtub. Staff friendly.
