Ensure you get a room that does NOT face the street, as the lights and noise will keep you up. We had noted a strong smoke smell on the different floors, but nothing was discovered. While this is a one of issue, it prevented us from sleeping. Management has refused to speak with, or return our phone calls. On-site staff was good though.

I was really happy with the cleanliness of the room - we do not stay in motels often anymore and like to go as budget as we can so we were really pleased by how clean the room was! Also, the free breakfast - bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and a made fresh to order omelette - what? Never had that at a motel before - very pleased with that too. I hope to stay there again soon!!

I just spent 5 nights at the Day Inn and it's no swanky place, but it does the job. Clean room with fridge and microwave, free breakfast, and an outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly and also helpful when needed. I'll be back in Cranbrook soon and look forward to returning to the hotel.
