The building is an historical hotel. Uniquely decorated rooms, to a high standard. Very clean, with amazing staff. Situated centrally Downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

Historic experience with new age charm. The entry has maintained the old 1923 look with the old cash register, one of the old wood stoves and unit mailboxes. The units have been extensively renovated. The bathrooms are stunning.

Jim at the front desk made our Cranbrook weekend memorable! Hotel was in a fantastic location for our needs, super friendly staff and excellent dining immediately around the hotel. Hotel is older but well looked after, beds were very comfy and the customer service was above excellent. Highly recommend :-)

Jim at the front desk was awesome, went out of his way to get my motorcycle screen cleaned. He gave a good history of the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. I’ll be staying here whenever I’m in Cranbrook. Pub next door is very good as well.

Great spot! Jim was super kind. The room was clean and had some nice modern touches. The bed was okay, and the pillows were super soft - which isn't great for someone who likes them more firm. Would definitely stay again though!

Charming brick hotel
Charming downtown hotel that has been nicely renovated. The king size bed was super comfortable and the huge shower was really nice. Jim at the front desk was soooo nice and gave several suggestions for dinner. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a great historical property. It was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. For folks with mobility challenges, just be aware that if you are on the second or third floor there are a lot of stairs to climb, no elevator.
