Blue Jay Inn Getaway with amazing views and wildlife

Our vacation rental is located in scenic Crawford, CO. Seated in the North Fork Valley Art District. Crawford is home to a beautiful resevoir, trophy hunting, multiple wildlife species and plenty of scenic adventures. We offer a fully stocked suite, with a kitchen, private bath, seperate entrance, wi-fi, queen sized bed, pull out couch, roll away cot and laundry facility. Hunters are welcome. We take bookings year-round and offer incentive bookings.

The owner has been so nice. Available without being intrusive. Sitting on the deck with mountains in the background and deer and rabbits frequently in sight. Also not far from Black Canyon, definitely worth seeing. I would highly recommend staying here to escape the hustle and bustle of city, or even suburban life.

We were extremely happy with our accommodations at the Blue Jay Inn. We were fortunate to met the host who was extraordinarily friendly. The inn was perfectly clean, exceptionally well stocked, very quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this Inn.

Cozy Apartment Suite with Beautiful Views
Blue Jay Inn Getaway is a gem. Amazing down to every little detail! Cozy recliner chair with a large comfy couch. Extremely comfortable bed. Large refrigerator with freezer. Coffee, hot chocolate, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, ironing board/iron..... No detail is missed. Breakfast cereals, oatmeal, fruit and juices in the fridge. Everything that you might have forgotten in a basket of "things" in the bathroom/shower. Wi-fi, TV (Roku), Prime, Netflix. The mountain views, Saddle Mountain, Needle Rock, and the hummingbirds right out side of the room window were incredible!! Fresh chopped wood for a fire, clean grilling utensils and charcoal, and seating around. I grew up in the North Fork Valley and this place represents it well. One of our favorite stays yet!!!

The name of this property is now the Blue Jay Inn. We had received no instuctions on about how to check in, and with the new name it was very difficult to find the property. However once we arrived they were very friendly, apologetic, and helpful. The Inn has a large deck with great mountain views, a patio table, chairs, BBQ, several hummingbird feeders with a lot of activity. A small kitchenette with microwave, refrig. and toaster oven. It is very well appointed and we had a delightful stay.

The host lives on site and greeted us upon arrival. The view from the deck is a beautiful view of the mountains! The fridge was stocked with food which was a surprise and a delight! The host was helpful and very kind. It was a very pleasant stay!

Sparkling clean with beautiful views
We enjoyed a quick, one night stay on our way to Black Canton of the Gunnison NP. This place was perfect as we wanted to visit the North Rim. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The property is located in the country and it is dark and quiet, great for sleeping.

It was fine for a few nights but nothing like I thought was going to be there.
Upon arrival, even after communicating with host many hours in advance. Door was not unlocked, didn't realize no stove/oven was included (pictures deceiving), thankfully and appreciated they had charcoal and a grill because the town adjacent is a ghost town and nothing is open. Will not stay here again.

Bob - you're awesome. What a nice man with a wonderful and friendly dog. The property was exactly as listed, clean and comfortable. Bob greeted me and let me know he was available for any help I needed - which was none as everything was thought of. The view was beautiful with birds flittering about. I learned of the local super-star burger place (literally right down the road!) too late - next time I visit Crawford I'll stay here again and go for the burger! I am a frequent solo female traveller and I felt completely safe at this property.

Nice apartment in great location
We really enjoyed our stay here, it's a lovely and clean unit with an easy check in thanks to Bobby. Breakfast in the unit was great too. Unfortunately we got a knock on the door at 11am and were told check out is at 11am even though it said 12pm both online and in the email I received. We had to rushedly get everything together and leave.
