Excellent as always
Excellent stay as always. Room had plenty of space with a comfortable bed. Bath and shower facilities were spot on as usual. Restaurant is not cheap but all the food is excellent quality. If you like fish the catch of the day has never disappointed me. Plenty of options available for breakfast and good value.

Staff friendly and helpful, good free wifi, room and bed large, pleasant grounds, near to Motorway and railway station. Well priced - extended my stay by one night and my previous nights price was matched. Small issue with not being able to find my booking straight away (through hotels.com) but want a big deal and the receptionist provided complimentary breakfast as an apology.

Overall a good stay
Check in was great really friendly staff. Room was spacious, bed comfy but fab in bathroom ran continuously which was loud and annoying. Dinner was delicious but ambience in Tower restaurant was not the best. Breakfast was not great and staff attention to detail was poor. Overall a good stay would stay here again but would not pay for breakfast at £24pp which was certainly well over priced!

One night spent here and was pleasantly surprised, accessible hotel with a pram, pool use and breakfast included with family room booking. Really nice surroundings. Room size was brilliant and fresh drinking water on top was a bonus, which we really liked
