Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, from check-in to check-out. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was enjoyed by all of us. Our three years old grandson loved the pool area. He is such a people person, so talkative, and was a hit with everyone. We will definitely be back here if we ever need a hotel in the area. The only negative through the days we were there is that the pillows on the beds should be traded out for much softer ones. There were lots of pillows but each one was uncomfortable. Still a definite “must stay at hotel”.

The room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent. We stayed 2 nights . We needed our tea and coffee restocked and the garbage to be emptied, however, it did not get done. Our bed did not get made up either. I felt that the price of the hotel should have included those services. The front desk staff apologized and is working to get us a discount.

Night staff very rude
Staff at night , were rather rude in regards couples talking in hot tub. She was ASSUMING the one gentleman had an alcoholic drink , then asking everyone to leave at 10:00 when they were discussing their child’s graduation. I found that being very rude and disrespectful to the couple’s. Given time and 4 people in hot tub, she could of been little more respectful and presentable in approach.
