Not a fan of the digital check in/out. Would have preferred interacting to a real-life person. Property also needs updating…. bathtub was cracked and poorly repaired. Paint in room was chipped in several spots, and curtains were very difficult to move along curtain rails. Would not recommend.

It was a little unnerving checking in without a human present. Took longer than we would have preferred but we got our room in the end.

I liked the view from the room and that it was pet friendly. It was at a very convenient location for dining and walking near the beach. The room was very clean. The grab-n-go breakfast was not that great -mainly prepackaged muffins.

Great location, our room was semi redone. Terrible jetted tub (did not use) /shower combo. Bed uncomfortable. If you’re staying multiple nights be prepared they don’t clean your room, you need to go get fresh towels and take your own trash out . Check in/check out some via a kiosk very odd experience. FREE breakfast includes small prepackaged muffins, granola bars, apples and coffee . They required a $100 damage deposit even though we had no pets or children with us. Unfortunately I don’t think we will stay there again.

We stopped here on the way home from a 10 day vacation the check in was different then I have ever seen before it was done with a kiosk, I was a little hesitant at 1st but it went very smooth, the best part was my wife left over 10k in jewelry in the dresser, we called when she realized it and they were amazing they found the jewelry took it to a store and overnighted it to us, Thank you

We needed the pull-out couch for our 3rd child (14 years old) but the bed frame was bent so the bed was on an angle sloping into the couch. When I reported it, there were no other rooms available, so it was suggested by the front desk that we could put our pillow on the opposite end. When I said no, she suggested bringing a cot as an option. I agreed as it was the only option left at this point and when she brought to the room, she let us know we would not be charged the extra fee for a cot. (as if that were ever up for debate) There was also hair in the bathroom and the bathtub tiles were coming off.

First time with a "virtual front desk person" to check us in - this was a weird and cold start to our experience. We stayed two nights and only after we got back late for the second night were we told they "typically don't clean the rooms between stays". Since the cleaning staff had left already, all we could do is get clean towels. The "free" breakfast of chemical mini muffins in packages (no expiry date), old apples, and granola bars was very disappointing to say the least. I'll know better for next time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Cleaning staff can do better job cleaning rooms. There was a lot of hair in our bed from prior guests. Hotel can probably do a better job of up keep in the bathroom, doors, sheets, and curtains. There were holes in sheets and the curtains. The doors of the rooms were dingy and run down.

The property was fine, rooms clean, access easy. The staff called and left a message to see if I had pets, I returned the call no less the 8-9 times and the phone was never answered and no option to leave a message. Check in was a video screen conference call, I did not like the lack of in person service. This would not be my first choice of places to stay in that area if I were returning.

Obsurd check in and check out process
The check in and check out process is conducted remotely with a company out of Asia. The poor guy checking in before he was super angry about the process which made everyone in the lobby uncomfortable. Also we can see and hear private information of the screen. This was a bad idea.
