Perched high above the ski area with expansive views of Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte, this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath guesthouse checks all the boxes! Grab your skis from the shared, heated mud room at driveway level and ski right down to the base area. Ski back from painter boy lift via homeowners run to Columbine Hill.

Just completed this year, the lower level of our house has a beautiful walk-out patio with fire pit, grill and private six person hot tub. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to view your favorite shows on the 55 inch smart TV. This high-tech, modern house has in-floor radiant heat and a whole house ventilator that provides continuous humidified fresh air. Full sized washer and dryer are available for use in the guesthouse.

The fully-equipped modern kitchenette has a precise induction cooktop, coffee maker, air fryer, drawer microwave and dishwasher. Four comfortable stools on the cooktop peninsula make dining-in a pleasure.

Watch the sun set after a long day of skiing from the king sized bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has an amazing accent wall fully lit with led string lights. A large double vanity bathroom with massaging penny tiled shower floor is located next to the second bedroom. A very comfortable queen sized pull-out bed with mountain views is also located in the living room.

Access to the guesthouse is down two and a half flights of stairs but plenty of gear storage is available in a shared, heated mud room at driveway level. This makes it a easy to unload gear directly into the mudroom and not have to haul it downstairs. Easy parking for two cars is available right off the street on a flat driveway. We welcome you to share this magical place with us.

Incredible home. Perfect size for our family of four. Location was quiet with beautiful views. Plenty of space for our young boys to play outside. Communication with the owners was excellent. Confident they’d be quick to answer if we needed anything. We’ve been coming to Crested Butte for 20 years. By far my favorite place I’ve stayed. Looking forward to staying again this summer.

We had a great Christmas with you all and enjoyed the slopes all weekend. The property is in a great location with access in and out via Blue Level runs. The house is beautiful with great architectural details, and wonderful amenities, including spa and out door grill we took advantage of almost everyday. Thank you for the welcome gifts, and keeping track of us, making sure we knew how to get in and out of the house while on the slopes. Amazing property!
My husband and I brought our kids to crested butte for the 4th of July holiday. We had an incredible experience at this property. Super clean and accommodating amenities. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the back porch. Hot tub and fire pit was so enjoyable. Property manager was quick to answer any questions.
