Independent cottage adjoining the owners' house. 1st floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, cot), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower/WC). Ground floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower/WC), laundry room, garage. Tel. 0800 222 222. Oil-fired central heating. Shared entrance, private courtyard (120m²), private enclosed green space (130m²), covered terrace, balcony, garden furniture, barbecue. In-ground swimming pool shared with the owner with swimming hours (9am-12pm/2pm-5pm from June 15th to September 15th), naturally heated (12 x 6m; small pool approximately 1m deep and large pool 2.40m deep). It is protected by fences/barriers.

Electricity consumption: €12/day until April 15, 2023
