This is a modern house with traditional charm.

Situated on the green hills just 300 meters from the see, with almost private forest paths leading to sandy and rocky beaches, the villa offers full comfort for up to 10 -12 persons. It comprises five bathrooms and toilets, four kitchens, sports center (garden chess, foot, table tenis, outdoor fitness), a mediterranen botanical garden of 1000 square meters with exotic plants around, a private pool (with its own bar and kitchenette), barbecue, bikes, showers, jacuzzis, toys and DVDs for kids...

The location of the villa is an additional asset. Three national parks are at one to two hours drive. Venice is three hours, Zagreb two. Suitable for families with kids and groups of youngsters seeking privacy and comfort.

Inside the villa there are five rooms plus a living (two additional persons can sleep there). A home library contains 1000 books in four languages, mostly in French, German, English. Oil on canvas painting throughout the place. Piano is tuned each year. There is an internet and satellite television, comprising five tv sets with all major international channels, plus channels for kids. You will also find an outstanding collection of CDs and DVDs, (classical, blues, rock, blockbuster movies etc.). Jacuzzi, air condition throughout the building and wi-fi bring the whole property closer to a four stars hotel standard. A sailing trips could be organised with the owner (a certified skipper). Car rental and by-boat rental possible on demand. Calm, friendly and comfortable, this house is an absolute star, an unique place for peaceful rest, responding to specific requirements of the clients, whatever they may be.
The security damage protection deposit is 500 € cash per stay, to be returned to the guest the last day of the stay, in cash, too! The guests will be on their own at the entire property throughout their stay . Freedom comes with some responsibility, of course. The pool and the garden maintenance will be the duty of the guests (according to our instructions) or, if they prefer, this extra service will be charged 25 € per day. The final cleaning is optional, too: either the guests fix the property by themselves OR this service will be charged 150 € per stay.
