Clean, well equipped chalet within walking distance of Cromer's beautiful beach
Welcome to Chalet 19 on Kings Holiday Park in Cromer with convenient communal parking and shared lawn area. We purchased the Chalet in 2018 and have completely refurbished it.
The Chalet opens onto a comfy living space with TV and Freesat. The kitchen is well equipped with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle and ample cupboard space. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with toilet, hand basin and electric shower. There are two bedrooms - the first with a double bed and ample wardrobe space and bedside cabinet with lamp. The second is two single beds with wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Bedlinen is provided but we ask that you bring your own towels.
The property is all on one level with a small step into the door. It is non smoking and we allow pets for which there is a small charge. There is a £1 slot meter for electricity.
The picturesque Norfolk Coast path is a short walk from the chalet and leads into the traditional seaside town of Cromer. There is a pier, promenade and lovely sandy beach. The town has a wealth of restaurants, shops, cafes, cinema, theatre and cliff top gardens. There is also a pitch and putt, crazy golf, skate park and other local attractions including Amazona Zoo and even a surf school. Alternatively the path the other way takes you to Cromer Golf Club and then onto Overstrand which is a great walk before a spot of breakfast.
Just a shot drive inland you will find the peach and tranquillity of numerous National
Trust properties, beautiful country parks, golf courses and nature reserves for relaxing days out, walking, golfing and bird-watching. There are also other seaside resorts to be explored along the North Norfolk coastline including Sheringham, Wells-next-the-sea, Holkham and then Mundesley and Walcott to the East.

Tranquility base….
Nicely deccorated and clean. I think we were the first this year, perhaps. If you wish to walk into Cromer it is a bit further than you think, say 30 mins.
The property is a bit narrow in the doorways for easy use, with raised strips to remind you to pick your feet up, similarly after a few sharp reminders you learn where the middle feet on the double bed is ! Comfortable matress and pillows are good news. Unable to use the bedside light as it is on an extension lead, the wall plug being end being off, under the bed which is jammed against the built-in wardrobe… (makes getting in and out interesting). Tried to reach it but even flat on my face it wasn’t possible, so got a flashlight out of the car… problem solved. Had a problem initially with the electrics, but phoned Helen and was talked through it all. Bear in mind it is an induction hob, so won’t work untill you put something on it.The site manager turned up and ‘did things’ to get the mains up and working. My fault for trying to do it myself. Be aware there is no internet, nearest access we found was at the local library. Really helpful staff, and it’s free, too.
The living space is a bit tight, smallish, low seating might be an issue for some. Didn’t use the sparklingly clean shower, after my miseranle performance with the cooker I left it well alone. Assume the buttons were above the door. Had strip washes instead. At least we didn’t break anything.
To sum up, everyone was incredibly helpful, great communication skil

Cromer chalet
The chalet we stayed in was clean,and had everything we needed and more. Our host was helpful and attentive.
Cromer and surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. Plenty to do and see for all ages. We had a perfect week's holiday and we're sad to leave.

What a great little place at a very fair price!
In a world where supply and demand are taking a toll on all our finances it was fantastic to find someone playing fair. We had a lovely week in well equipped, beautifully clean chalet just a short dog walk from the centre of Cromer down an easy to navigate coastal path. It was everything we had hoped for and Helen kept us well informed by Watsapp along the way. Beautiful beaches, lots of places to explore and all without the hassle of double the journey to Cornwall. The North Coast of Norfolk is Britain's best kept secret! Nothing but praise and five stars from us!
