Central location and Everything we needed!
The house was exactly as described online. It has all of the necessities for our family of 5. It’s a perfect location between Crosby, Ironton, and the trails. We walked to the playground every day, and biked to the trails later. Easy walk or bike into town for pizza too. Having garage access to store bikes was really awesome. Hosts were very fast to respond and accommodate our late check out request.

We were disappointed when we arrived at the house because it smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the house. The house was also not very clean. It could definitely use a good deep clean. We liked having the garage for bike storage and the location was close to town which made for a nice walk.

My Home Town
Crosby is my home town. The property was the perfect location for my weekend stay. It was exactly what I needed. It had everything you would need to be away from home. The only complaint I had was I had to clean the floors and all surfaces along with the bathroom at check-in.

Girls Bike Trip!!!
Lovely home close to bike trails and the downtown area. The only downfall was the shower. It was tiny and water leaked through the floor, but Evolve responded immediately. Lastly, I personally would not sleep on the futon in the entry, but the sofa would make a great extra bed. This was a great home for 4 girls on our trip and had everything we needed. We loved the growlers left behind for refills and loved Cuyuna Brewery. Such a cute town!!! If the shower situation was improved, this place would be perfect - but it wasn't a deal-breaker. It's clean, just uncomfortable.
