The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the front desk staff did a great job responding to questions. The only issue we had was with other guests, 2 soccer teams, that made alot of noise and were knocking on our door as a prank late into the night. We did our best to ignore it, but it was disruptive. However, this type of behavior is not the fault of the hotel staff.

Very satisfied customer.
Front desk was very friendly and kind. Answered any questions I had. Booked room with king size bed and couch. The room was very spacious, super clean, microwave, dual hot burner, apartment size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot and more.. there was even plates, cups, silverware. What I loved the most about the room was all the storage. I could put all my belongings in proper drawers or hang them up with ease. Many hotels I have stayed at had minimal storage but this room had storage all throughout. I also loved the table on wheels that was tucked just under the desk. Was great for eating meals. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I also enjoyed some time in the pool and hot tub. So far this has been my favorite stay at any hotel and will be my top choice for when I'm looking to stay in Sudbury again.

Loved that this hotel is going out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. It's not a resort, but in terms of a side of highway hotel, I would rank this highly. Breakfast was excellent, so many options, our whole family had something they loved. Pool was great, clean, great bed, big room, in-room kitchen and an experienced, friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

It was a great hotel, our grandsons really enjoyed the waterslide , the pool and the room. For the breakfast, it would have been nice to have a waffle maker. But otherwise was enjoyable experience.

The door was so sticky and made this horrible noise everytime you opened it. My husband could not sneak out for early morning coffee downstairs without waking the children. It had a smell in the one room like wet dog or something. Our second room across the hall did not have this smell or door noise concern
