The walking distance to the train station, its closeness to the big shopping Mall, grocery store and the convenience of it all. I love the place.

Nice place to stay in Madrid on the outskirts.
Very comfortable & convenient hotel located in a mall. We had a nice balcony with a view of the central water feature. The front desk was very nice & spoke English well. The breakfast was decent. The room was spacious & clean. Parking is free & nearby, albeit rather tight! The mall is a decent place to shop, walk around & eat.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal with it being right in the hub of shopping and restaurant options, and it had a wealth of amenity options. The service provided was fantastic to both myself and my team coordinating it back from Edmonton and we would definitely use this property again.

No aircondition , not easy to park your car
Everytime I want to park my car, I have to leave my car and go to inform the reception man because he alwayes busy with his head phone!!

Sleeping quarters in a mall.
The hotel is actually in a shopping mall. It has a separate parking lot but I had to wait until 11 pm aluntil the restaurant patrons left to move my car from the shopping mall to the hotel parking lot to avoid a ticket. GPS had trouble finding the place because it’s in a mall. The room had old beds. We were too tired to care though and it served its purpose as sleeping quarters.
