llegamos para cenar el sábado, y el restaurante estaba super tranquilo, éramos 6 personas, el gerente nos dice, claro esperen 10 min, en lo que tenemos lista su mesa...si había mesas, a lo que respondió mi esposo, es mucho tiempo, el gerente responde, bueno 8 min... o sea no entendimos su lógica, simplemente nos hacen pasar y punto, realmente nos cayo muy mal,tenemos más de 20 años ir a ese hotel, lo que si notamos fue el servicio,la realidad es que camino real, tuvo un excelente servicio, les falta, sumado a otro detalle más. muchas gracias!

La noche del sábado 20 de julio, la hostess del restaurante Sumiya nos indicó que había espera de una hora. Nos anotamos y regresamos una hora después. Entonces, al regresar era evidente que había menos gente y cuando preguntamos cómo iba la lista de espera un mesero nos dice que podemos pasar y al estarnos sentando en la mesa la hostess de un inicio nos dice que lo lamenta mucho que hay una persona antes de nosotros y procede a levantarnos de la mesa y nos hace esperar de nuevo. Cinco minutos después regresa y nos dice que nuestra mesa está lista, para su mala fortuna la misma de la cual nos levantó… una falta total de cortesía y más tomando en cuenta que había varias mesas vacías.

Bonito Hotel pero moscos muy agresivos.
La recamara muy bien en todos aspectos, el edificio primavera por fuera deja mucho que desear en cuanto a mantenimiento; el servicio en la alberca muy bien pero las bebidas no muy bien , regrese una margarita porque era agua de limon , eso si con muchisimo hielo. En el restauran tambien mi esposa pidio aperol Spritz y lo regreso por apenas y pintaba el color. La comida tambien muy heterogenea una sopa de mariscos excelente pero una lasagna de mariscos muy mala; los rollos excelentes pero las brochetas de pollo las regresamos porque el pollo estaba duro y muy reseco, como pollo viejo o brochetas preparadas desde mucho tiempo antes.Por lo demas pequeños detalles que pasan en todos lados.

I visit this property every year. The rooms are always clean. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning works and I can control the temperature. The staff is very nice. The only part that is not the best is the spa facility. The staff is great but the spa facility itself needs to be updated. The pool is large but not deep.

1. Concierge deben tener valores principales, servicio y velocidad en ambos casos cuando lo ocupe 2 veces ninguno de los 2 es bueno. 2. Primero me dieron vasos de plástico suaves en la alberca (contaminan) luego hicieron lo correcto vasos de plástico duros, al final cambiaron por vasos de vidrio en alberca,son peligrosos, y más con niños. 3. Los camareros de la alberca siendo las 5pm están más preocupados por cortar el servicio que por dar continuidad al servicio.
