El peor hotel de Cuernavaca
Tenía mi reserva confirmada y no me dejaron entrar porque no tenían lugar. No quisieron ni ayudarme a encontrar otro lugar y cuando les reclamé, me amenazaron con llamar a la policía. Lo peor que me ha tocado en hoteles.com en los últimos 5 años,
