The Plessis house located in the village of Gaumier is an old building with resolutely Italian architecture previously inhabited by the Plessis family, weavers for several generations. Today transformed into 3 adjoining gîtes, Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the center, and Moulin à Foulon on the right, each accommodation can accommodate 8 people, within an enclosed landscaped area of 5000 m² with shared swimming pool (6x12m ) open from mid-May to the end of September. The place invites you to relax with family or friends. Each accommodation includes two private sunny terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair. Ground floor: living room, lounge, kitchen, toilet. Floor: 4 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (1 bed 160) (2 beds 90) (2 beds 90), shower room, bathroom, toilet. Wireless. The location of the cottage allows access to numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing... located close to all amenities, grocery store, bakeries 500 m away, but also Clisson 2 km away, Le Puy du Fou 35 km, Nantes 40 km, the sands of Olonne and the Vendée coast 85 km. The cottages are available for rental throughout the year. Heating included.
