The house, renovated farm building is 2 km from the town of Santa Caterina, 10 km from the city of Cuglieri, it consists of a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and pantry, equipped with all amenities, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped rustic style. The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views from this point you can see both the sea and the mountains. Barbecue and outdoor shower a large stone table for al fresco dining. A peaceful retreat
Giovanna is a lovely host and was very helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. The villa is quite remote and rural so a car is essential but it is really peaceful with lovely views of the sea and mountains. We visited a different beach every day - our favourite was Sa Mesa Longa. Thassos is worth a visit - very nice beach there too. We had a good meal at Desogos in Cuglieri - large portions so definitely go hungry as recommended by another ! Had a lovely week - thank you Giovanna x

Schöne Villa mit grossem, gepflegtem Garten, beste Erholung
Ein sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Haus! Es ist sowohl innen wie aussen sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Grosser, schöner Garten mit Erfrischungspool. Sehr sauber. Luisa und Giovanna, die das Haus betreuen sind sehr nett! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist mit dem Auto alles schnell zu erreichen.

Großes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool
Das von Louisa und Giovanna gepflegte und verwaltete Ferienhaus ist groß und geräumig. Nicht nur die Schlafzimmer, bzw. Betten entsprechen der angegebenen Personenzahl. Auch der Esstisch ist groß genug und Essgeschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Küche ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung ganz gut. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den Doppelbetten sind groß und ideal für Paare. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett eignet sich eher für Kinder und Jugendliche bis 180 cm Größe. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind hervorragend gepflegt und man findet genügend Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Der Empfang in der Ferienwohnung war herzlich und es wurde einem alles Erforderliche erklärt. Loisa gab auch Hilfestellung zu Stränden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die direkte Umgebung vom Ferienhaus ist ländlich und besteht aus ein paar Schafhaltungen. Keine Angst vor deren kleinen Hütehunden. Sie kommen nur bis zum Weg und verkläffen jeden. Solange man nicht aufs Grundstück kommt oder sich zu sehr für die Schafe und Ziegen interessiert lassen sie einen in Ruhe. Ich konnte morgens mit meinem Hund immer in Ruhe joggen. Der kleine und immer saubere Pool war anschließend die richtige Abkühlung. Wegen der Waldbrände im Juli 2021 gab es um Cuglieri dieses Jahr nicht viel zu sehen, da weder die Nahe gelegenen Wasserfälle, noch die Burgruinen deswegen zugänglich waren. Dafür wurde man durch die herrlichen Strände und zum Baden geeigneten Felsküsten zwischen Bosa und der Halbinsel Sini entschädigt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, zu dem auch das tolle Ferienhaus erheblich begetragen hat.

Erholsame Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben bewusst ein ruhiges Quartier gesucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und Giovanna, die Vermieterin, ist liebevoll um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Mille granzie.

Sehr ruhige Lage zum entspannen
Das ist ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten mit Pool und Grill ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin und die Hausübergabe waren sehr freundlich! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Charming house with plungepool in nature
You can relax on the terras in the beautiful garden or sit in the plungepool, the only noise are the Bells of the sheep passing by. Everything is Well maintained, the kitchen is complete. The villages nearby are nog touristic, there are beaches. We enjoyed are stay very much.

großzügiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Alleinlage, Erholung pur
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, wurden von Giovanna sehr freundlich empfangen. Schon die Kommunikation im Voraus war sehr nett und wir wurden mit Bildern und Infos auf den Urlaub eingestimmt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Wasser, Obst, Kuchen, Mich, Bier, so dass wir erst einmal von unserer Anreise erholen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bot uns als Familie reichlich Platz zum Kochen, Essen, Spielen, Ausruhen,..... Die Zimmer waren sauber und landestypisch eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. In dem großzügigen Garten konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Der Pool war während unserer Anwesenheit abgedeckt, da es zum Baden noch zu kalt war, leider. Traumhaft ist die absolute Alleinlage zwischen Cugliere und Meer, die Ruhe,....nur Vogelzwitschern und das Bimmeln einer Schafherde. Ein Auto ist daher unbedingt erforderlich, um die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, auch Restaurants, Pizzerias und Bars sind in der Umgebung. Unser kulinarisches Highlight war die Trattoria Desogos in Cuglieri, unbedingt mit großem Hunger hingehen! Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
