No quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava, a primeira noite havi chovido e foi suportável, Na segunda noite reclamamos e levar 3 horas e meia para nos conseguir outro quarto. É notável a falta de atenção à limpeza, principalmente nas janelas dos banheiros. Já foi um ótimo hotel no quesito custo/benefício mas vem decaindo. Acredito ser fácil de resolver. Vale destacar o bom café da manhã e que , dos três atendentes, dois até se esforçaram ao máximo para resolver, mas um deles simplesmente mostrava má vontade.

Deixou a desejar muito na limpeza diária. Nos 4 dias que fiquei hospedada solicitei arrumação do quarto e nenhum dia foi arrumado, as toalhas não foram trocadas, o piso do banheiro continuou sujo, se que o lixo do banheiro foi retirado.
