My only real dislike was that the resort is considered all inclusive but after you return from a night out/ clubbing you will not find any restaurants open and have an option for room service on the Maho side of the resort. Other than that, I had a great time. Maho pool was live. Dj set up by the pool. If the power go out, you have to scream and clap “No music, No Music” and keep the party going. The people working at the resort were nice, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Love the location, accessible to an amazing beach (Maho) food options were solid too. Rooms are kind of small and the beds are small too. Easy access to Maho Village and airport.

The property was overall satisfactory, but there are several areas that need improvement. The limited number of elevators creates inconvenience, particularly since the power outages occur daily around 4 or 5 PM. I had issues with both blow dryers provided, neither of which worked properly. The showers have poor drainage, leading to a consistently soaked bathroom floor. Additionally, there is an unpleasant odor throughout the property, including the hallways, which often smell like a sour mop. Unfortunately, the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. We will not stay here again !

Overall good for the value. Good choice of food and plenty to do. Some of the staff was awesome and friendly other staff was rude and not auper helpful. Busy and loud most of the day inside and out. Neat to see the planes fly over the beach but the beach is small itself for how many people are around.

The property was ok, the room we were in we complained about everyday that there was a mildew smell. They sent maintenance to the room and he claimed he didn't smell anything until someone else in our group stated "i can smell it outside the door". While we were at dinner that night, the maintenance person came in our room and sprayed something but it didn't last long. He said he would file a report about it but it went nowhere. We complained to the front desk the next day and they said the manager wasn't available. The following day we complained again and they said they had no record of a complaint. We complained once again on our last night there and was told there was nothing they could do. The pool was an ok size. The DJs and entertainment staff were amazing. The food was ok they just need more variety at the buffet. The best part was the beach, it was amazing.

Do not stay at this hotel Its the most ratchet hotel you will ever experience The staff is VERY rude everyone has a ugly unpleasent feeling to it It is packed !!!! 100s of people stay here even the airlines crew stay gere Area is great- walkable to other great places 5 mins from hotel

There is nothing to do here! The property doesn’t have many options to be all inclusive! The coffee bar is typically out of stock but closes at 6:45 the power goes out overnight and you wake up dripping wet! The quality of the food extremely poor! I would probably ever visit this island again but more less this hotel.

The rooms were nice and we had a nice view. I really enjoyed the beach. Its not a big beach but it is nice and was nice watching the planes come and go. The one thing that I was displeased about was the restaurants. I've stayed at several AI resorts and never had had to wait for food, and several times we had about an hour wait. But overall our stayed was good not sure I would return though becasue of the food situation.
