Location is great, facilities are good and staff are friendly. However, check in was long wait, sheets were dirty (clearly used and long hairs inside the bed). Also, bell man didn’t show up after being called TWICE to help with our bags.

The Villa's at Simpson Bay is a nice resort. The Room size is very nice and well laid out. The cleaning staff visits your Room every day to tidy it up. The beds are comfortable and very large in the Master Suite and there are also 2 Murphy Beds in the living room for the kids or extra guests. The kitchen is well supplied with everything that you would need for your stay. It has a Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. There are 4 pools on the property, I recommend the Big Pool on yop of the hill as the water is cooler. The other 3 pools are crowded and the water is like hot soup. On the Not So Good Side , the Air Conditioner System broke but it was repaired by the next day, Power Failures occured several times every day and thankfully the resort had a Backup Generator to continue supplying power. (The St Martin, Generator Plant deliberately Load Sheds electrical service causing Rolling Blackouts across the Island). Restaurants are pleantyfull and very reasonably priced. You must try (Sal and Pepe) Italian Restaurant as it was excellent and order the Linguine with Clams. Driving on the roads are terrible, the traffic signals are little to none and street signs are almost none existent also. so make sure your phone has the added out of country service so you can call and use either Google Maps or Waze to get around. I used Waze and it worked great. Thats my Honest Review I hope it helps you all out.

I loved our stay here . The ocean and pool view amazing. We are on the first floor so our patio was right in front of the pool. Swim up bar was great and buy one drink and get one free ran every day from 3pm to 5pm. So relaxing and so much to do. Excursions right here out of hotel . We loved it here and will be back!!

Our family of four just returned from 5 nights at this wonderful resort. We chose the two bedroom oceanfront suite, which I highly recommend. It was spacious and proved us with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful bay. The hotel is in a great location with many options for dining all within a short walk. There is also a Casino nearby and several beach bar options. We booked a Scuba trip through the resort’s marina and were very pleased. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here and we would definitely be happy to return!

My daughter and I recently spent a couple days here so I'm happy to give a fresh perspective on this property. The resort is about 10 minutes from the airport and is in an area that is walkable to shops, restaurants and such. Check in was quick and breezy and we were on our way in a matter of minutes. We had a small incident with our room but the manager himself, Gipson immediately came over, offered to have all our things moved and treated us to a breakfast at the expense of the hotel which I thought was fantastic customer service. In fact that carried on throughout our entire time there where he gave recommendations, grabbed us extra pool towels and literally called our room to continue to check on us. Who does that!! He needs a raise! Honestly everyone at the Villas was super nice, helpful and always had a smile... well except for the workers outside who hail taxis/transportation... it always seemed like they didn't want to be bothered... but that's something small and doesn't take away from our stay at all. There are a ton of excursions you can sign up for, boat trips to Anguilla/St Barths, restaurants on property and I could go on and on... this was our first time in St Marteen but we'll definitely be back and I'll ONLY be staying here!!
