Com certeza não vale a pena pelo custo benefício. O serviço em si do hotel são bem ruins, apesar das pessoas serem simpáticas, muita falta de infraestrutura para elas (pessoa que entra a noite no quarto achando que estava vazio, falta de toalhas na piscina, demora bo checkin, …), apesar da pensão completa (que não é das melhores) o que é pago a parte é muito caro, como misto quente a 29 reais. O quarto é antigo, com tv em mal funcionamento e cartão de abertura dos quartos que precisavam ser codificadas um vez ao dia quase

Estrutura e servições limitados
Logística de atendimento ruim. Erros nos registros de reserva. Chaves dos quartos paravam de funcionar com frequência, sendo necessário deslocamento até a recepção toda vez para magnetizar novamente. Serviço do restaurante limitado, comidas frias, reposição lenta. Funcionário do hotel entrou no quarto, sem bater as 22h, enquanto estávamos hospedados, não pediu desculpas e nem explicou o motivo de sua “visita”. Custo de hospedagem não compensa o serviço prestado. As opções de entretenimento são limitadas. Péssimo estado de conservação dos coletes salva vidas, caiaque e pedalinhos. Serviço de SPA cobra por 1h e presta 40min de massagem. Não há sala de jogos e nem academia. Faltaram toalhas nas piscinas.

Local antigo tentando se reerguer, mas peça basico
Reclamações: -na recepção ñ informaram sobre wifi -mousepad grampeado , perigo de machuxar os funcionários (isso é detalhe mas q mostra mto sobre o lugar) -informei q ñ poderia consumir leite na reserva,mas tive que trazer meu leite vegetal, por sorte mandei msg no dia para perguntar se tinham providenciado, qto a alimentação depois melhorou, mas me senti 0 incluída -na recepção na sexta não informaram de recreação ou caminhada da manhã de sábado, eqto tomávamos café as 09:20 a moça veio na mesa avisar q 09:30 teria caminhada e tinham colocado na porta do restaurante e da piscina a programação ( oi? Se avisa antes) -travesseiro extremamente desconfortável, de sexta para sábado dormi muito mal -sábado ficou sem toalha mais de 1h30 e a resposta era que poxa tiveram que lavar e ñ sabia se tinha secado ainda ( piscina) -faltou toalha no domingo novo, tive que ir atrás de uma moça da limpeza para pegar toalhas dos quartos -piscinas externas super geladas -quartos antigos , cheio de cola e pedaços de adesivos velhos ñ retirados dos móveis, das paredes do banheiro -torneira de agua fría quase não saia água e para sair água demorava um monte Elogios: -bolos deliciosos -sala de games muito legal -Verônica massagista nota 10 -atendentes muito queridos, só ñ tem experiência ou mal instruídos -a moça da tapioca arrasa, -funcionários sempre estão tirando as coisas das mesas e mantendo limpo -passeio de quadriciclo com o Ricardo foi a melhor coisa!

Referente a minha estadia, não foi a esperada. O apartamento, os móveis estavam danificados, espelho manchado, frigobar sem nenhum item para consumação, solicitei via Whatsapp na recepção água, foram visulizar 2h depois, enfim...deixou a desejar. O café da manhã estava bom, almoço e jantar deveria ter opções saudáveis, tipo: grelhados, mais opções de salada, entre outros. O atendimento da recepção, nao foi bom, muita demora no check-in somente 1 recepcionista e no check-out tinha 4 pessoas atendendo, porém, muito tempo de demora. Recreação tbm deixou a desejar. No tempo que era Mabu, posso dizer que era perfeito, tanto é que voltei, enfim...decepção! Espero que melhorem!

Já me hospedei inúmeras vezes neste local porém nesta última vez, a acomodação deixou a desejar. O colchão do apartamento que foi disponibilizado estava velho e bem gasto, a patente do vaso toda rachada e box vazava água molhando quase too o banheiro. Outro ponto importante que gostaria de destacar é que em um ambiente familiar, com muitas crianças na beira da piscina, um dos hospedes começou a fumar um cigarro eletrônico tranquilamente e não houve nenhuma interdição por parte de um funcionário do estabelecimento. Achei que era proibido. Quanto ao atendimento, sempre foi excelente.

Razoável. Não havia cadeiras suficientes na piscina no final de semana; refeições oferecidas quando o hotel estava com baixa ocupação (final de domingo e segunda-feira) não valem a diária. O quarto estava abaixo da média, o guarda-roupa despencou quando colocamos a mala, os metais do banheiro meio enferrujados, aparência não muito bonita. O atendimento do pessoal foi agradável, na minha visão falta um pouco de profissionalismo, os atendentes da recepção sem uniforme, de moletom… era todos simpáticos mas no hotel como um todo falta a aparência de hotel, parece mais uma grande casa de família.

O hotel continua legal... Pena o day use com crianças comendo cheetos na area da piscina interna e limpando a mão na água... As refeições eram ok pena que não tinham muita variedade.... O Hotel é bacana, os quartos são bons, as camas são confortáveis, a vista, tanto do quarto, quanto das sacadas comuns é um show a parte, o hotel fica entre montanhas e um vale com vista para a represa do Capivari. As refeições são bem variadas com opções para todos os gostos, a equipe do restaurante foi muito atenciosa, nos atenderam com esmero pois minha esposa possui algumas restrições alimentares, a equipe não mediu esforços para preparar alimentos que atendessem a necessidade dela.

O hotel é lindo, porém as atrações como a pesca, o passeio de caiaque e pedalinho eram praticamente inexistentes, havia apenas um pedalinho pra todos andarem, meu esposo queria andar no caiaque porém o rapaz que estava cuidando disse que não podíamos andar, pq não era seguro, ou seja, falta uma manutenção gigantesca nessas áreas de lazer. A única coisa que aproveitamos foi a piscina e a sala de jogos. Em compensação a comida é ótima, muitas opções de carne e sobremesas.

A estádia foi muito boa, fomos muito bem atendidos. Excelente lugar para viagem em família. único detalhe foi a limpeza do banheiro, não estava bem feita e o banheiro estava com um cheiro muito forte, impossível ficar de ficar com a porta aberta.
